My Experience With a Stolen Samsung Tablet — and Why I Believe the Problem Is Much Bigger. INTERPOL HELP SAMSUNG HELP MITSUBISHI HELP in Samut Prakan Bangkok

stolen tablet from condominium aspire erawan prime

In July 2024, I went to Imperial World Samrong shopping center in Samut Prakan. I bought a new Samsung Galaxy Tab (Model SM-X516B, 6GB/128GB, Gray) there. The full payment for the device is on CCTV and you can see me getting the tablet. The tablet’s registered numbers were:

  • Serial Number: R52X50CH0BN

  • IMEI 1: 354513692738459

  • IMEI 2: 354517627789458

  • NBTC ID: B38453-23-0013

Just days after I got the tablet, someone stole it from my home at Aspire Erawan Prime Condominium. Not long after, I found out that Ms. Thansuda O., who lives in Thailand, was involved in it.

When she come back completely drunk from his father dinner. She told me that she is a scammer and she scam people including me. She said that she pretend that se works in restaurant for her family ( rich family in Bueng Kan region in north of Thailand and border with Laos ) but in real life she got sex club where illegally she employs few girls.

She told me that she is bad person that's why nobody wants her and she scamming other people.

I went to Samut Prakan Police Station on 8 July 2567 (2024) to tell them about the theft. Police Captain Prasit Insaya was there and gave me a report that confirms the theft. The report has my name: MR. DAWID LISOWSKI, and my passport number ES1***** from Poland. They told me that I need to provide CCTV video footage where she leave condominium with tablet.

What the Person Involved Told Me

The thing that surprised me the most was when I talked to the person who did the stealing. She said that:

  • Many years ago, she used to work as a smartphone seller in the same place  ( SAMRONG BANGKOK ) where I got my Samsung Galaxy Tab.

  • While she was there, she saw that some “cheap” smartphones and tablets cost less because their inside parts came from stolen devices.

  • She said that this happens a lot in some shops and markets.

This made me think that the theft of my tablet might not be the only case like this. If what she says is true, then she could be part of a bigger group. In this group, people take stolen phones and tablets apart, and then sell their parts in black markets.

If she works with the people in charge, Interpol could help find stolen parts from other big brands. This could be from things like iPhones, Samsung, and others.

The Fight to Obtain CCTV Footage

After my tablet was stolen, I went to the office at Aspire Erawan Prime ( which is the name of the condominium name in Bangkok Samut Prakan area )  . I asked for the CCTV footage to see the person leave the building with my tablet.

They did not want to work with me. They refused to give me anything. They laughed at me and said, "We don’t give you."

My lawyer told me that this is not normal. In most theft cases, the video is given to the people who lost something or at least to the police.

Not Only the Tablet — My Mitsubishi Car Was Also Taken

I got my tablet stolen. Then, I found out that my brand-new Mitsubishi Smart car was gone too. The theft happened at the same condominium. Even with all this, the jurisdiction office manager would not give me the CCTV footage of the car theft.

This was especially concerning because:

  • CCTV footage of my stolen tablet → refused

  • CCTV footage of my stolen car → refused

I did not get the important proof, and this made me feel even more upset. It made me wonder if the people working on my case were being honest.

The Suspicious Cleaner and the Missing Car Key

After I bought the Mitsubishi car, I made sure to have all the keys with me at every moment. I still remember the time I got back to my unit on the 23rd floor of Aspire Erawan Prime. When I got close to my door, I saw a cleaner I did not know there.

She was standing next to my door. When I got closer, she tried to hide her face with her hand. This made me feel there might be something wrong.

I tried to remember how she looked. She seemed to be about 45 to 60 years old. She had black hair with curves. She was shorter than me and had a full body. You could see her round belly and big hips. It looked like she might have had kids before. The strangest thing about meeting her was the way she acted. It seemed like she was trying to keep her face out of view. This made me feel strange and not at ease.

What made this feel even more odd was that, right outside my condo, there is a big CCTV camera pointing straight at the entrance. I thought she might want to not get recorded, but I was not sure.

When I went into my unit, I right away got a strong feeling that something was not right. One of my car keys was missing. I always had both sets of keys with me, so seeing that one was gone made me feel even more sure that something bad had happened. I started to think if this cleaner was linked to what was taken before, or if she had something to do with other crimes too.

Feeling Watched Inside Condominium Aspire Erawan Prime in Samut Prakan Bangkok

I want to talk about something that has bothered me since I got to Thailand. When I came back to Thailand from Japan, where I was trying to get a student visa, I started to feel uneasy inside my Aspire Erawan Prime condo.

I started to feel like I was being watched. I thought that someone in the building was spraying something bad or dangerous into my place.

At first, I thought it might have something to do with the construction work in the building. I wondered if it could be from chemicals used to put in things like showers. But as time went on, I started to feel worse. I talked to some other people living here. Many said they also felt oddly sick. They said it might be because of the building being new and some smells from construction.

But, this was not just a small problem. I felt very sick, and it got so bad that I chose to leave. I moved from Bangkok to Pattaya.

Meeting Ms. Thansuda O in Pattaya and Other Suspicious Events

I was in Pattaya, staying at the Copacabana Condominium on Jomtien Beach. While I was there, I met Ms. Thansuda O. again. She was the same person who took my tablet and car in Bangkok. When I stayed at the Copacabana, I saw someone I knew right away.

I saw the grave-digger who was at my father's funeral. He stood in the elevator at Copacabana Condominium. At first, I thought I was having a bad dream. A few days after, I ran into another person who seemed to be linked.

I saw the same person walking near Chang Erawan BTS station. He looked like the man I saw at Copacabana Condominium. He and the person with him seemed to be European. They could be Polish, Belarusian, or Swedish.

When they went by me, I started to feel sick and uneasy. For some time, I couldn't feel better. It was like the air around me was making me feel this way.

Concerns About How This Case Was Handled

I had my tablet and car stolen. That was bad enough. Then, the way people handled my case made me feel even worse. My lawyer told me that normal legal procedures were not followed. He thinks I did not get fair treatment.

In Thailand, taking something from a private home is a big crime. The police should have seen my case as very important. They did not give me the CCTV video for the tablet that was stolen or for the car theft. This is not normal and makes me feel like there is not enough help from them.

I Need help from Interpol in Bangkok Samut Prakan with CCTV video footage from stealing computer and car in Condominium Aspire Erawan Prime

Why I Am Publishing This

I am sharing this blog post to:

  • Document my experience and make sure that the truth is clear,

  • Warn others living in condominiums in Thailand about possible security risks,

  • Express concern that these things may be part of a bigger problem with stolen electronics,

  • Ask authorities to take action, look into this fully, and stop criminals from working in places where people live.

I still hope one day the truth will be known. I do not want others to go through what I did.
