Dear Juristic Office Manager,

Aspire Erawan Prime Condominium



I am writing to formally request your assistance regarding a security incident ( stolen computer and cash ) that occurred in the building 18/07/2029 and stolen car that occurred in the same building to clarify issues related to my Urbanize app access and SMART app for condominium in Bangkok.

On 18/07/2029, Thai woman individuals (suspected thieves miss Thansuda O.) were able to leave the building with stolen Euro cash and brand new computer - Samsung Galaxy tab. I am the affected resident of unit [your unit number], and I require your cooperation in documenting the incident for official purposes to open court case in Bangkok court.

I fully understand that CCTV footage cannot be released directly to residents. However, I respectfully request the following:

  1. Confirmation that CCTV footage covering the time the individuals exited the building exists and has been preserved. Please give me video footage when miss Thansuda O. leaves condominium building with stolen computer.
  2. Written acknowledgment of the incident for submission to the police.
  3. Cooperation with the police when they issue an official request for the CCTV footage.
  4. Assistance in restoring my Urbanice application access, as I have been unexpectedly logged out and cannot access building services linked to my unit.

Please note that I am filing a police report and the officers may contact your office to obtain the CCTV footage. Your collaboration will be essential for the investigation.
